description
In 1967, Nicholas Negroponte and Leon Grossier founded the Architecture Machine Group of architects, electrical engineers and their students at the MIT School of Architecture. The aim was to push computer design technologies beyond their initial limits, and to do so by working to ensure that human-computer interactions resulted in a dialogue as close to a person-to-person dialogue as possible.
